Your chatbot can do more than you think

Most teams use AI to write emails or summarise text. That is a small fraction of what is possible. With the right approach, a standard chatbot can take over entire workflows you currently do manually: processing invoices, triaging inboxes, screening candidates. I help you find those workflows and set them up.

What becomes possible
Three problems your chatbot can already solve

No custom software. No developers. Just a standard chatbot and the right method.

Accounting

Invoice processing

Currently: someone reads each invoice, extracts the amounts, dates, and suppliers, and enters them manually.
The chatbot reads incoming invoices, extracts supplier, amount, due date, and payment reference, flags anomalies, and produces a payment schedule for you to approve before anything is processed.
Result: a task that took hours takes minutes. You review and approve, not process.
Daily communication

Email and inbox triage

Currently: your inbox is a mix of requests, updates, and noise. Finding and prioritising what matters takes time every morning.
The chatbot reads your incoming messages, categorises them by type and urgency, drafts a priority list with one-line summaries, and flags anything that needs a response today.
Result: you start each day with a clear picture. Nothing gets missed, nothing gets over-processed.
Hiring

Job application screening

Currently: reviewing a stack of CVs against a job description takes hours of reading and note-taking.
The chatbot reads each CV against your job description, extracts the key criteria, and produces a structured comparison table for you to review. You decide who to interview. The AI does the reading.
Result: screening 50 applications takes the same time as reading 5. The decision stays with you.
How it works
Three steps, starting free

No commitment required until you decide you want to go further.

1

Two free conversations

A 30-minute call about your day-to-day work, then a free one-hour working session. I ask questions, you describe what takes the most time, and together we identify two or three workflows where AI can have an immediate impact.

2

I give you a concrete suggestion

After the conversation, I send you a short written proposal: which workflow to tackle first, what the AI will do, what you will review, and what the result will look like. No obligation to proceed.

3

We build it or I train you to

If you want to proceed, we can either set it up together in a short engagement, or I can run a half-day training session where your team builds the tool themselves and leaves with it working.

Also available: a team training course

If you want your whole team to learn how to build these tools themselves, I run a structured 5-hour course where participants work on real problems from their own daily work and leave with a working AI tool. No prior AI experience required. Available in English.
