Your team has built their first compliant AI agent. This session takes it further. You bring a specific workflow, tool, or problem from your environment. We build it together during the session, under trainer supervision, with verification-first principles applied throughout. You leave with a tested, deployed solution.
Prerequisite: Completion of the AI Agents for Regulated Teams flagship course (10h), or equivalent hands-on AI experience.
How the session works
1
Before the session (15 min call). You share the specific workflow or tool you want to build. I review it and prepare the session accordingly.
2
Build (2h). We build the tool together in your environment. Every design decision is explained. Verification-first principles are applied: source citation, logging, human checkpoint.
3
Test and document (45 min). We test the tool against real inputs from your environment and document the output structure so your team can maintain and extend it.
4
Handover (15 min). Your team owns the tool completely. No dependency on the trainer to operate or update it.
